RouteWorks Logistics was founded in Mississauga with a straightforward observation: small businesses across the GTA were stuck choosing between slow, impersonal national shipping and local couriers that didn't answer the phone when it mattered. Neither option was built for a pharmacy that needed a prescription delivered in an hour, or an auto parts store with a customer waiting on a lift.

We started operations with a single vehicle — a Chevrolet Equinox — because it made sense to prove the model before scaling it. Rather than overextend with a fleet we couldn't staff or support properly, we focused on doing local, same-day delivery well for a smaller set of Mississauga and GTA businesses first.

That approach shapes how we operate today. Every delivery is handled directly, with clear communication and honest timelines. We're not trying to be the biggest courier in the GTA — we're trying to be the one businesses trust enough to call again.

Our plan is to grow deliberately: add vehicles as route volume justifies it, expand coverage as demand grows in neighbouring municipalities, and eventually build toward a modern, technology- supported local logistics network across the Greater Toronto Area. We're early in that journey, and we'd rather be transparent about that than pretend otherwise.
