Delivery Driver
RouteWorks Logistics is looking for a dependable delivery driver to run same-day pickup and delivery routes across Mississauga and the surrounding GTA. You'll be the face of RouteWorks for the businesses we serve, so reliability and communication matter as much as driving.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned pickup and delivery routes on schedule
- Communicate proactively with dispatch on delays or issues
- Handle packages, documents, and goods with care
- Confirm deliveries with photo and time-stamped proof
- Represent RouteWorks professionally at every stop
Requirements
- Valid Ontario G driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle capable of carrying standard courier loads (SUV, van, or similar)
- Comfortable using a smartphone for route and delivery confirmation
- Based in or near Mississauga, with availability for GTA-wide routes
- Strong communication and time-management skills

RouteWorks Logistics is looking for a dispatcher to coordinate same-day pickup and delivery routes across Mississauga and the GTA. You'll be the connection point between drivers, customers, and dispatch — keeping routes on schedule and communication clear.
Responsibilities
- Assign and coordinate driver routes throughout the day
- Communicate pickup and delivery timing to drivers and customers
- Monitor deliveries in real time and flag delays early
- Confirm completed deliveries and resolve issues quickly
- Keep accurate records of routes, timing, and driver availability
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and comfortable multitasking under pressure
- Clear, confident phone and written communication
- Comfortable using scheduling software and a smartphone
- Based in or near Mississauga, available during business hours
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service is a plus
